Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

All entries must be received by the 1st May 2008. The winners will be announced shortly after and contacted by eMail or Royal Mail where applicable.

Prizes cannot be cashed-in.

Prizes cannot be transfered to any other person (without written agreement by AFRICAN Divers Nuweiba).

Prizes must be claimed by 20st December 2008.

To enter Egypt, your passport has to be valid at least 6 months at the date of departure. Visas not included.

All participants will receive the AFRICAN Divers Nuweiba eMail Newsletter. Unsubscription is possible at any time.

With their participation either by website-form or mail, all participants agree that their names (names, city and country only) will be announced on the internet and other publications, should they be the winner of either first, second or third price!

Prizes can be redeemed subject to availability of hotel room. When your first choice dates are unavailable we will advise of alternative dates.

1st prize includes 1 suite at the Swisscare Resort Hotel for 2 people, including breakfast, for 7 consequtive nights. Airport transfers are not included.

All participants in dive courses must complete the full paperwork and be medically fit. If you are declared not medically fit for scuba diving by a physician, there is no replacement prize.

Engaging in any PADI Course does not guarantee certification.

Entering in PADI Courses requires meeting PADI's minimum age and logged dive requirements where applicable. Continuing Education Courses might require a certain level of certification to enter.

1st prize: The duration of a PADI Open Water Diver Course is 4-5 days, for the Advanced Course 2 days, and 3-4 days for the PADI Rescue Diver Course. If the winner chooses a PADI Divemaster Course, the minimum duration is three weeks. The winner has to prolong his accommodation accordingly, at his own costs (after the first week change to a cheaper hotel is possible). The minimum age is 18 years and participants must have proof of min. 20 logged dives to start the course (60 dives at time of certification).

Both people claiming the first prize have to participate in the same free PADI Course.

3rd prize does not include rental equipment. In case it is taken as PADI Discover Scuba Diving Course, equipment is included.

PADI Rescue Diver and Divemaster Courses exclude rental equipment.

All PADI courses exclude manuals, study material and certifications.

For the PADI Divemaster Course the participant requires a valid credit or debit card when registering their application with the PADI Int. office.
